You Will Learn To:
| 1. Identify factors to consider in developing
a Project Risk Management Plan. Items to consider will include
the project charter, your organizations risk management
policies, defined roles & responsibilities, stakeholder
risk tolerances, the project work breakdown structure and risk
management templates. These considerations will lead to
determination of how risks will be identified, what data will
be used, scoring and interpretation of risks, how often risks
will be assessed and the risk reporting format. |

Time: - 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM .
Delivery -
Instruction is illustrated using Power Point, MS Project , MS
Word and Excel.
Practical Work Sessions - work sessions will be integrated into the seminar.
During work sessions, participants will develop a Project Model
starting with Project Concept and Scope and finishing with Project
Closure. This model will then be used for group work in planning and
implementing effective project risk management
Fees -
$395 plus GST for the one day seminar. Fees include a comprehensive
workbook, plus lunch and two refreshment breaks. Please advise how
the fees are to be invoiced. No refunds after one full week before
the seminar.
In House Seminars can be negotiated.
The fee for "In House" seminars is $3995 plus GST plus
out of pocket expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least six business days prior to the seminar, will receive a refund less 5% of the seminar fee as an administration charge.
Cancellations made less than six business days prior to the seminar may request a credit for a future seminar to the amount of the seminar fee less 5% administration cost and less catering costs ($40/seminar day.)
