EXP050 Project Risk Management

This one-day course is designed to provide project managers with practical experience on how to manage Project Risk throughout the Project Life Cycle. Project managers and their teams are continually faced with how to ensure that Risk Management receives the attention it deserves on their projects.

The Training:

• demonstrates how project managers and team members can plan risk management into the project structure
• focuses on how to make a risk management plan
• provides useful templates for risk planning
• models how to identify risks, qualify risks, and quantify risks, and make a risk response plan

Fees - $405 plus GST for the one-day seminar. Fees include a comprehensive workbook, plus lunch and two refreshment breaks. Please advise how the fees are to be invoiced. No refunds after one full week before the seminar.

In House Seminars can be negotiated. The fee for "In House" seminars is $4095 plus GST plus out of pocket expenses.
