EXP022 - Project Management Foundation Principles & Techniques This is a foundation course on which project managers can build and enhance their project management skill set. The course provides comprehensive coverage of the principles and techniques necessary for successful project management. This two-day training course is designed for project managers wanting project success through universally accepted strategies and techniques.
The training delivery model of this course: · Uses two instructors and limits enrolment to 18 seats · Delivers topics in the sequence usually encountered by a project manager when initiating a new project · Utilizes small group work sessions following the delivery of each topic · Enables participants to model planning a project and developing the documentation for implementation and control · Provides useful templates for project planning · Simulates project execution and monitoring and control by creating imaginary scenarios and allowing participants to apply solutions to various issues and mitigate variances from planned cost, time and quality constraints · Addresses resource use issues and management of contracts Delivery Time - 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM This seminar qualifies for 15 Professional Development Credits (PDUs) Fees - $775 plus GST for the two-day seminar. Our fee includes a comprehensive workbook, plus lunch and two refreshment breaks both days. Please advise how the fees are to be invoiced. No refunds of fees will be made after seven full days before the Seminar On-Site seminars can be negotiated. Our on-site fee for a two-day seminar is $7,995 plus GST plus out of pocket expenses . Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least six business days prior to the seminar, will receive a refund less 5% of the seminar fee as an administration charge. Cancellations made less than six business days prior to the seminar may request a credit for a future seminar to the amount of the seminar fee less 5% administration cost and less catering costs ($40/seminar day.) |
