The Training: · uses two instructors and enrolment is restricted to 14 seats to enable one on one coaching during work sessions · builds a completely integrated data base to develop and manage your Project plan · illustrates how the Project Team can examine and adjust Project data quickly and to test Project data under a wide variety of scenarios · includes instruction on the use of MS Word and Excel in combination with MS Project to enhance data management and expand reporting options · provides preparation for using the tool as a Web based communications instrument This seminar qualifies for 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs) Time: - 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM both days. Practical Work Sessions - work sessions will be integrated into the seminar. Participants are expected to supply their own laptop computer loaded with MS Project . During work sessions, participants will develop a Project Model starting with Project Concept and Scope and finishing with Project Closure. Fees - $795 plus GST, for the two-day seminar. Fees include a comprehensive workbook, plus lunch and two refreshment breaks both days. Please advise how the fees are to be invoiced. In House Seminars can be negotiated.
