EXP011 Automating Project Management Using MS Project Software Are you wondering how MS Project can automate the Project Management Process and help simplify your job as a project manage or project team member? This is the course designed to teach you how the tool can assist in developing and managing your project. The Training: · uses two instructors and enrolment is restricted to 14 seats to enable one on one coaching during work sessions · builds a completely integrated data base to develop and manage your Project plan · illustrates how the Project Team can examine and adjust Project data quickly and to test Project data under a wide variety of scenarios · includes instruction on the use of MS Word and Excel in combination with MS Project to enhance data management and expand reporting options · provides preparation for using the tool as a Web based communications instrument This seminar qualifies for 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs) Time: - 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM both days. Practical Work Sessions - work sessions will be integrated into the seminar. Participants are expected to supply their own laptop computer loaded with MS Project . During work sessions, participants will develop a Project Model starting with Project Concept and Scope and finishing with Project Closure. Fees - $775 plus GST, for the two-day seminar. Fees include a comprehensive workbook, plus lunch and two refreshment breaks both days. Please advise how the fees are to be invoiced. In House Seminars can be negotiated. Enrolment limit is 14 persons and the fee is $7995 plus GST plus out of pocket expenses. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least six business days prior to the seminar, will receive a refund less 5% of the seminar fee as an administration charge. Cancellations made less than six business days prior to the seminar may request a credit for a future seminar to the amount of the seminar fee less 5% administration cost and less catering costs ($40/seminar day.) |
