EXP060 - Advanced Project Management & PMP® Exam Prep.
EXP Consulting is pleased to make this "Advanced Project Management and PMP® Exam Prep." course available to project managers who want to take the next step toward achieving professional certification as a Professional Project Manager. As Registered Education Providers for the Project Management Institute (PMI), we can make this course available to you. This is a new course covering the Project Management Processes and Knowledge areas required to pass the Project Management Professional® Exam. This five day course is delivered one day per week for five weeks. This comprehensive training series aligns directly with PMI®'s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBO® Guide 3rd Edition). You will learn the basic processes of Project Management which will help you master the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a project . Also, included with the course materials, are numerous Project Management templates that will assist you in organizing your Projects and your Project Team. If you already have a PMP® certification, completion of this course earns you 37.5 Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward recertification. These PDUs can be applied toward either PMI's requirement for 35 hours of Project Management training before being eligible to write the PMP® exam or toward PDU requirements for recertification. Registration Fee $1820 plus GST (includes reference materials recommended by PMI, lunches and refreshment breaks). EXP Consulting supplies the study materials package for the course. Sessions start at 8:30 AM and run to 4:45 PM each day.
The course is presented in 5 sections. The sections included are:
Session 1 - Review of Materials, PM Framework, Integration Management, Scope Management
Session 2 - Time Management & Cost Management
Session 3 - Quality Management & Human Resources Management
Session 4 - Communications & Risk Management
Session 5 - Procurement, Professional Responsibility & Review
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least six business days prior to the seminar, will receive a refund less 5% of the seminar fee as an administration charge.
Cancellations made less than six business days prior to the seminar may request a credit for a future seminar to the amount of the seminar fee less 5% administration cost and less catering costs ($40/seminar day.)
