How to make best use of the templates which will be reviewed during the course
The course is presented in 5 sections. The sections included are:

Session 2 - Time Management & Cost Management
Session 3 - Quality Management & Human Resources Management
Session 4 - Communications & Risk Management
Session 5 - Procurement, Professional Responsibility & Review
Since EXP is a Registered Education Provider, this course is worth 37.5 Professional Development Units (PDUs). These PDUs will satisfy PMI®’s requirement for formal Project Management training prior to writing the PMP® Exam. If you already have a PMP® certification, these PDUs will count toward the 60 PDUs required every three years for recertification.
